Just returned from an inspiring Action Learning experience at an Executive University in Warsaw with my amazing People & Culture team at Primark — and I’m still reflecting on the energy, insights, and growth it brought.
I had the opportunity to take my direct reports through a journey that blended real-time business problem-solving, peer coaching, and leadership development in a way that was both challenging and deeply rewarding.
